What to expect in your first session
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Ages: 18+
This is a 60 - minute session with the couple and a licensed therapist to address issues that caused the couple to seek services. The purpose is to help identify unhealthy patterns, provide a safe place to explore unmet needs, and develop skills to increase healthy communication, intimacy, and connection within the relationship.
Marriage Counseling
FAMILY COUNSELING
This is a 60 - minute session with a licensed therapist and family members. The goal is to assess the family needs, reasons for seeking counseling, as well as equip the family with adaptive living skills to empower the entire family unit to thrive as a healthy unit.
GROUP COUNSELING
GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy creates a unique atmosphere which fosters safety, validation, and freedom to express your struggles with people who are struggling with the same thing. The feelings of being alone, misunderstood, and judged are decreased tremendously in the group setting. In the group setting you will start the road to become a more resilient you with the support and help of others with the same goal.

Insurance Accepted:
Rise Up Resiliency Center is an in Network Provider for the following insurances
Kansas Medicaid Insurance: Sunflower, United Health Care, Aetna Ambetter through Sunflower
Commercial Insurance (through employer)
We are out of Network Providers which means you will be responsible for paying the fee yourself and we will provide you with a superbill to give your insurance for reimbursement. It will be your responsibility to make sure your insurance provider will reimburse you before starting services. We strongly advise you to call the number on the back of your card before continuing this process.
Prices For Services
Individual Counseling
Licensed Professional Counselor: $100 to $125 per session
Intern/ Pre-licensed Counselor: $65 per session
Couples Counseling:
Licensed Professional Counselor: $110 to $135 per session
Intern/ Pre-licensed Counselor: $65 per session
Family Counseling:
Licensed Professional Counselor: $110 to $135 per session
Intern/ Pre-licensed Counselor: $65 per session
Group Counseling:
Licensed Professional Counselor: $35 to $40 per session
Intern/ Pre-licensed Counselor: $20 per session
Peer Support Specialist $25 per session
Sliding scale is available for those who qualify
Rise Up Resiliency Center is passionate about dismantling the stigma surrounding mental health in the Black and Brown communities and because of that we have linked with partners who provide financial assistance for therapy services for those who qualify.
